estate industry for over 20 years. Elio has facilitated more than $1,000,000,000 in real estate transactions ranging from investment brokerage to development and oversight of personal holdings. He has negotiated numerous property acquisitions and dispositions. Elio has facilitated lease transactions for many National tenants and major developers.
Elio earned a bachelors degree in Economics from the University of California at Irvine. He holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License as well as an Arizona Real Estate Broker’s License and Nevada Co-Op License. He is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers.

Denise joined the First American Investment team in early 2005. She comes to us after retiring from the Milpitas Fire Department where she worked as a Chemist for many years.
Denise has been active in the real estate industry for 5 years and has facilitated lease transactions for many local and national tenants. Ms. Satterlee also assists Mr. Khalife in all aspects of development, acquisitions and property management.
Ms. Satterlee earned a bachelors degree in Environmental Sciences from San Jose State University. She currently holds an Arizona Real Estate Sales License.
